What is a Portrait Party?
A Portrait Party is a fun way to earn FREE professional portraits from the
comfort of your own home! As the host/hostess of a Portrait Party, you invite friends & family
members to your home for a professional portrait session! Each guest will receive a 20 minute
“mini session” with NO SITTING FEE.
In return for hosting the event you will receive 15% commission on all sales towards your own
portraits plus many other incentives!

How do I schedule a Portrait Party?
First download all the forms, you will need to familiarize yourself with
what you and your guests will need to do to put the party together. Then contact
Aspire Multimedia & Photography to ensure availability - please select 2 - 3
prospective dates to ensure everyone's schedules match up - and to find out everything
you need to know to have a spectacular party. We will help you put together the
invitations so you can mail or email them out. Also go over details and select a good location for
our portable studio. After the first party you will be well on your way to becoming a portrait junkie!

How Does a Portrait Party Work?
The hostess invites 6 - 12 guests to their home. A minimum of 6 sessions is required for each party. You
will be provided with invitations to give out so that you can invite friends & family to join you for this fun event!
The invited guests then contact the hostess to schedule their session times.
* All sessions MUST be booked consecutively.
The guests can either arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session or stay for the entire party--the
schedule is set up by the Hostess, but MUST be given to the photographer at least one week in advance.
Any changes after that point must be approved by the photographer. In order to facilitate a more enjoyable
event all guests must have an appointment to attend the portrait party.
Do I receive free portraits if I host a Portrait Party?
Absolutely! The primary benefit of hosting a party -aside from having a lot of fun- is to build
enough portrait credits to pay for your families pictures. Some Hosts use the credits to buy
portraits that they ordinarily wouldn't, like a large canvas print, etc. While it is a bit of work, after
hosting your first party you will quickly find yourself a portrait junkie and be able to look back at the
years of hosting parties with a wealth of family portraits covering your walls.
